Do you have questions about Dijo, our Grocery Package? Below, let’s address them:

Dijo package is our premium Grocery package. It is made of chicken, boerewors, mince, maize meal. And more.

You pay only R250 per month. Then get a value of R2200 worth of grocery. After you have made 10 payments.

Not at this stage. The dijo package comes packaged already.

We have tried to accommodate everybody in our selection.

We accept the following payment methods:

  1. Debit order. Needs you to sign our debit order mandate.
  2. EFT to our account.
  3. Cash deposit into our account.

Your subscription involves recurrent payments.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your monthly subscription fees, should you stop paying before getting your package.

We are aware that your R250 that you pay for 10 months is slightly more than the R2200 of value. The extra R300 covers bank charges, admin fees, delivery fees. As well as the software charges.

Every time you deposit into our bank account, the banks charge us. To make sure you get your grocery package delivered straight to your door, our delivery partner charges a delivery fee.

To run our website, and to keep track of your points costs us some administration fees.

By being our monthly paying member, you have access to the following benefits:

Once you have requested your grocery package, your package will be delivered within 1-3 days.
